Venue Details

  • Accessible seating is available for guests with disabilities and their companions at all price levels. We can accommodate guests who use a wheelchair as well as for those who have limited mobility but do not use a wheelchair. We also accommodate guests with visual or hearing impairment.
  • We would like to remind all of our guests that the Toyota Pavilion is located on Montage Mountain and is an outdoor amphitheater. A light jacket and proper footwear is advised. Please be aware that some of our parking lot surfaces are gravel or dirt.
  • No public transportation is available to the venue.
  • Disposable or digital cameras without a flash are allowed when approved by the artist. No cameras with detachable lenses or professional camera equipment. For shows where cameras are prohibited, guests will be asked to return them to their car.
  • Upon request and approval by artist, Toyota Pavilion will be able to provide a sign interpreter. Please contact Box Office at (570) 961-9000 at least three weeks prior to the designated event to make arrangements for this service. Toyota Pavilion is also equipped with a Sound Assisted Listening Device system. Receivers are available for all events and provided free of charge with a valid form of identification. Guests who are interested in this service should visit our Guest Services booth located in the Lower Plaza. If possible, we ask you contact the Box Office at (570) 961-9000 prior to the day of the show. Services animals are welcome at all events. We ask that they remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you bring a service animal to a show, please notify your ticket representative so that an aisle seat may be reserved for you.
  • Everyone who wishes to purchase an alcoholic beverage must provide photo identification.
  • The Toyota Pavilion has been home to concerts since 2000. Since then, we have hosted such acts as Kid Rock, Harry Connick Jr., Brittney Spears, Warped Tour, Dave Matthews Band, David Bowie, Kiss and many other star studded acts. The Pavilion sits atop Montage Mountain and is nestled amongst a beautiful mountain landscape. The mountain access road is abundant with shops, restaurants, and plenty of nightlife and entertainment.
  • Acceptable forms of payment include: American Express, Visa?, MasterCard?, and cash. Photo identification is required for all credit card purchases. Personal checks are not accepted. Service charge at the Box Office is $4.00 per ticket.
  • Generally, re-entry to the venue after exiting is not permitted. For special circumstances, please visit a Security Employee or Guest Services representative.
  • A paved lot that is close to the venue is available in the Lower Lot through Gate 2. The designated spaces are offered on a first come, first serve basis. Please follow the signs and display the proper placard on your rearview mirror to assist our parking attendants in directing you. Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code requires that license plates and placards for people with disabilities be used only by the registered recipient and must be either the driver or a passenger in that vehicle.
  • All restrooms located at the Toyota Pavilion are handicap accessible. Restrooms are located at both North and South Plaza Entrances and also conveniently located near our VIP Deck and Party Box.

  • Guests are permitted to tailgate with discretion at the Toyota Pavilion. Tailgating in remote parking areas is not permitted.

  • From Binghampton, NY: Take I-81 South to Exit 182 and exit right onto Montage Mountain Road. From Philadelphia: Take the Northeast Extension of the PA Turnpike (I-476) North to Exit 115 (Wyoming Valley). Pick up I-81 North. Follow to Exit 182 and exit right onto Montage Mountain Road. From Wilkes Barre, Harrisburg: Take I-81 North to Exit 182 and exit right onto Montage Mountain Road. From the South: Take Exit 180 on I-81 (the exit is from the left hand lane). Bear right onto Rt. 11 South, stay in the left hand lane and go straight across the lights at the bottom of the hill. Make a left onto Rt. 502, turn left onto Glenmaura Blvd., at the light make a right onto Montage Mountain Road. Lehigh Valley / Allentown: Take Rt. 33 North to I-80 West to I-380 North to Exit 20, Daleville / Moscow (Rt. 307). Take a right at the top of ramp and another right at first light on to Rt. 502 West. Travel 14 miles and take right onto Glenmaura Blvd. At next light take a right onto Montage Mountain Road. From Northern NJ, NYC and Delaware Water Gap: Take I-80 West to I-380 North to Exit 20, Daleville / Moscow Exit (Rt. 307). Take right at top of ramp and another right at first light on to Rt. 502 West. Travel 14 miles and take right onto Glenmaura Blvd. At next light take a right onto Montage Mountain Road.
  • 1000 Montage Mountain Road Scranton, PA. The Box Office is located adjacent to the Toyota Pavilion Main Gate and South Plaza Entrance.
  • All full-time / part-time seasonal positions run June through September. Available departments include: Operations, Maintenance, Production, Parking, Security, Ticket Takers/Ushers, Guest Services, Customer Service, Food & Beverage and Ticket Sellers. Internships are available. Resumes must be submitted to General Manager or Box Office Manager for approval.   • Merchandise can be found at both North and South Plaza Entrances. Merchandise areas accept MasterCard?, Visa?, American Express, and cash. Sorry, no checks.
  • Items not allowed in this venue include: professional cameras, video cameras, audio recorders, laser pointers, weapons, pocket knives and chains.
  • Open at 3:00 p.m. on event days. To pick up tickets please bring: Credit Card used to purchase tickets Confirmation number Photo identification The Box Office does not release tickets to anyone other than the name on the account, if you would like someone else to pick up your tickets please contact the person arranging tickets. Tickets and passes left by radio stations or bands are not received until the day of the event.
  • For most performances, babies in arms (infants up to two years of age) may enter free of charge. All other children must have a ticket. At the request of our patrons, Toyota Pavilion now provides a Family Zone on the general admission lawn for most events. The Family Zone is free of smoking and alcoholic beverages, creating a more enjoyable experience for our patrons. All patrons are welcome, and no special ticket is required.
  • Smoking is permitted within the North and South Plazas concession areas only. Smoking is not permitted under the tent area.
  • General parking is included in the price of admission unless otherwise stated. Parking Lots open at 3:00 p.m. for most shows and earlier for festival events. Limousines, motorcycles, buses and other special vehicles should follow directions of parking staff when entering lot. There is no special charge for these vehicles. When possible, we operate a shuttle through the parking for your comfort and convenience. However some walking will be necessary. The majority of the parking area has a rolling terrain with loose gravel and stone surface. Patrons may be required to use a staircase when parking in the upper lots. If you leave your car overnight we ask that you remove it by 12:00 noon the next day.
  • We have two ATMs locations provided by PennStar Bank at both North Plaza and South Plaza Entrances. Signs are posted at both entrances for your convenience.
  • 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Wednesday - Friday Open Saturday and Sunday for Events and On-Sales only.
  • Tickets may not be refunded or exchanged unless the show is cancelled. Tickets from a cancelled show may be refunded at the point of sale.
  • Items allowed in this venue include: snack food in clear, plastic, gallon-size bag, (one per person), factory sealed plastic bottle of water (one per person), blankets, small umbrellas, ponchos, binoculars, strollers and low-profile lawn chairs (seat no higher than 9? off the ground.)
  • Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
  • The Toyota Pavilion does not have a restaurant on site. However, along the mountain's access road, you will find a wide selection of restaurants.
  • First aid can be easily identified by the large red cross designation on the building. At the South Plaza entrance, first aid is located to the left of the main gates and at the North Plaza to the left of the main gates.
